Our client is a leading energy solutions provider who seeks a strong Industrial Relations specialist with top notch Labour legislation and exposure.
- Tertiary Qualification in HR/ER Management or related
- 3- 5 years’ experience in labour relations
- Familiar with National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry a definite plus
- At least 4 years’ experience as a Labour Specialist
- Extensive knowledge and experience with labour legislation, collective agreements and CCMA proceedings
